We ship to the United States only. Shipping is by USPS or UPS depending on the product.

Free standard shipping is UPS Ground or USPS First Class or Priority Mail at our option.

General information

Most orders ship next business day.

Email communications about your order will include an acknowledgment when your order is placed and a confirmation email with your tracking number (if available) when your order is shipped.

When ordering faster shipping bear in mind that UPS quotes their delivery times in business days, beginning with the next day after shipment. For example, 2nd Day Air shipments sent on Friday will arrive on the following Tuesday, the 2nd business day after shipment. UPS does not deliver on weekends or holidays!

It is usually wise to check delivery times before ordering faster shipping. Shipments made to nearby states will often arrive just as quickly for less money.

Shipping often takes longer during peak holiday seasons. Remember to allow extra time when ordering holiday gifts.

Warranty Information

Highland Leather products are guaranteed against defects in materials and/or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of your purchase. If your item proves to be defective, we will repair or replace it at no charge within the warranty period. Normal wear and tear and damage due to accident or mis-use is not covered by this warranty. You must return the item postpaid to Highland Leather Company. Repaired or replaced items will be returned to you at no charge.

We do not offer repair services after the warranty period has expired.
