Highland Leather Company :: Leather Bags
Leather shoulder bags handmade in the NC mountains by Doug McCubbins and Highland Leather Company.
My handmade leather bags are carefully constructed from genuine aniline cowhide using sturdy nylon shoe thread, YKK zippers, and solid brass buckles. I make traditional, unlined bags with no fabric. The inside pockets are cut from the very same leather as he exterior, and the softly sueded back of the leather itself serves to line the bag. Many of my styles are available in two tone variations using a selection of embossed leathers as trim. Black and brown combinations are particularly attractive and have the added bonus of versatility. Customers love the durability of my bags and come back again and again for another style.
